I was born and raised in the bay area just outside of San Francisco, CA. I received my B.S. at the university of CA at Davis in
Physics before obtaining my teaching credential at Sacramento State University. I taught for 4 years in California before moving to Arizona where I am currently teaching for my 7th year at Hamilton. Over my career I have taught Physics, Honors Physics, AP Physics B, AP Physics 1, Physics Engineering, Earth Science, and Investigative Science. During my high school and college years I had worked many jobs including but not limited to restaurant server, hardware test engineer, movie theater projectionist, and wildland fire fighter. My wife also attended UC Davis and we have a two daughters, ages one and four. I am a big sports fan and an even stronger
49ers fan.
