United States Air Force Academy
The Air Force Academy is both a military organization and a university. Much of the Academy is set up like most other Air Force bases, particularly the 10th Air Base Wing, but the superintendent, commandant, dean of faculty and cadet wing are set up in a manner resembling a civilian university.

United States Naval Academy
As the undergraduate college of our country’s naval service, the Naval Academy prepares young men and women to become professional officers of competence, character, and compassion in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. Are you interested in attending one of the four military academies?
If so, then plan to attend the 2016 U.S. Service Academy Student Outreach Event in April (date TBD) Representatives from the Air Force, Army, Naval, Coast Guard, and Merchant Marine Academies will be available to describe the exciting military, academic, and career opportunities they offer. Members of a representative's staff will also on hand to explain the congressional application process. Earning a nomination to a U.S. Service Academy is a great privilege and honor, as well as a valuable educational scholarship and career benefit. All high school students, regardless of age, are welcome and you will find the conferences helpful in pursuing a nomination to a United States Service Academy Juniors interested in the academy should begin working on the eligibility requirements. |
