Maricopa Skill Center: A fantastic place to start your technical career training after graduation! Maricopa Skill Center is an affordable place to begin career training in various fields! MSC a part of the Maricopa Community College association and is located close by in Phoenix (near Sky Harbor Airport). Visit the website and more importantly, feel free to set up a time to visit the school!
Phoenix Job Corps: A FREE (U.S. Department of Labor funded) program that trains youth ages 16-24 in basic job skills! There are 144 Job Corps centers throughout the United States. We have a center here in Phoenix that offers a variety of training programs- check out the recruitment website to see what's available!
Maricopa Workforce Connections: Maricopa Workforce Connections, Goodwill Industries of Central Arizona, Arizona Call-A-Teen Youth Resources, the Aspire Collaborative, and YMCA's Las Artes de Maricopa have partnered to provide Maricopa County youth with quality programs designed to assist in overcoming barriers to education and employment.
EVIT: East Valley Institute of Technology EVIT can be an option for students both during 11th and 12th grades and after high school graduation.
