    Hello! I am Mrs. Richard and I am excited to be a part of the 2nd grade team here at Basha Elementary. I look forward to working with students and families to provide a great educational experience.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I completed a degree in Elementary Education at Grand Canyon University. I have worked in the Chandler district as a student teacher, site substitute, and now as a teacher. I have worked with and learned from many great mentors in the district since 2018.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I strongly believe that students learn best when given the opportunity to discuss and collaborate. Every student brings a unique and valuable asset to a classroom community and it is my goal to encourage students to participate and become confident in their unique skill set.
