My Education and Professional Background
My name is Lisa Strickland. I will be your child's biggest fan for the next year(s). I graduated from Northern Arizona University with both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees (Go Lumberjacks!). I've been working with the special needs population (ages 3-adult) in one capacity or another since 1987. I've been teaching special education since 1994 and preschool special education since 2001. This is my passion. I love what I do and who I work with, families and students included!
My Educational Philosophy
The Way to a Child's Mind is Through his Heart! EVERY student is capable of success! EVERY student deserves a chance to thrive!
