Hello! I'm Mrs. Miller, special education teacher at Bogle Junior High School. I was born and raised in Medford, Oregon, but I have lived in Colorado, and Georgia! I have lived in Arizona for 7 years. I have a wonderful husband, (we celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary) and 2 kiddos! I work with students in a variety of ways, teaching strategies for success/personal development and also co-teaching in math, language arts and science.
My Education and Professional Background
I graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising Management with a minor in Business. I have worked with children for the past 4 years, and decided to go back to school and get my teacher certification in special education. This is my second year of being a Bogle Bulldog, and I am looking forward to a fantastic year!
My Educational Philosophy
My philosophy about education is I believe all children can be successful!! I'm here to guide and encourage them through their journey of Junior High School. I want students to know we all learn in different ways, and we will find the strategies that work best for you! I want students to know it is okay to stand out, be proud of who you are, and always have a smile on your face!
