In order to access this year's Virtual Day of the Knights via the InTouch (TouchBase) online system, you must log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal as a parent. Logging in using a student ID and password will not work.

 

1. If you have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account, the screen below will display. Please enter your username and password and then click "Log In." If you do not yet have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account, please click the link to create an account on the log in page of click here to create a Parent Portal account.

2. Once logged in to Infinite Campus, you will see a link titled "More" on the bottom left-hand side of the screen. Once you select "More," please click on the "InTouch Fee Payments" link to access the InTouch (TouchBase) online system to enter Day of the Knights or to make tax credit donations.

3. Upon clicking the InTouch Fee Payments link in Infinite Campus, you will see a screen similar to the one below listing all of your children and yourself. Click on the student for which you want to pay fees and purchase items available at Virtual Day of the Knights.

3. If your child has any outstanding fines, you will see a red notification window with the amount of unpaid fines. Click the red "View" button to see the list of fines to make a payment.

 

4. After viewing and paying any fees (if applicable), select "Items at Student's School."

 

Other options from this page include:

 

• Purchase History - select to view a full purchase history by student. This allows you to confirm prior purchases or confirm that payment was submitted for any cash or check payments you send to the school for any participation fees, tax credit donations, instrument rental fees, etc.
• Reprint receipts - select to view or reprint any of your receipts.

5. Select "Day of the Knights"

6. From here, families will see a screen similar to the one below and can pay any assigned class fees or make any optional purchases.

7. Once you select all items you wish to purchase, click "Checkout."

8. Review your order (ensure quantities are correct) and select "Checkout Step 1: Additional Info."

9. If you elected to purchase a class t-shirt (item A), you must select your child's shirt size and current grade to ensure they receive the correct shirt.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Families who purchase the PSAT/NMSQT, (item B) can qualify this purchase for tax purposes. Remember, ALL students enrolled in grades 9-11 must purchase the PSAT/NMSQT. Ensure the parent/guardian's name is listed in the Contributor Last Name & Contributor First Name fields (this information will automatically populate for you).

 

10. Once you enter all appropriate information, select "Checkout Step 2: Payment."

11. Enter appropriate payment information and select "Pay Now."
