    Welcome!

    Hello! My name is Mrs. Percy and I am a Special Education teacher at Fulton Elementary. I am looking forward to working with you this year and I know that we will have an amazing year together!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I graduated from Syracuse University in 2002 with a dual degree in Elementary & Special Education. I completed my Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Grand Canyon University. I am currently pursuing a second Master's degree in Mental Health & School Counseling. I have taught in the Chandler Unified School district as a Special Education teacher since 2003.

    I am originally from snowy Syracuse, New York and moved to sunny Arizona in 2003. I have a wonderful husband who is also a teacher in the Chandler Unified School district and we have two beautiful children who attend Chandler schools. In my spare time, I love reading, running, shopping, and traveling.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe all students learn in their own special and unique way. As a teacher, I will try my best to help students reach their full potential by providing students with the necessary tools and strategies they need to succeed.
