    Hello!

    I’m Christina Rodriguez, the School Social Worker here at Auxier. As I begin my third year with the school, I’m excited to continue building meaningful relationships with our students and supporting them and their families in meeting their various needs.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I earned my Master’s in Social Work from ASU in 2011. Since then, I have spent three years working in hospice care and the past ten years in elementary school settings.

    On campus, I lead various group sessions and work with students individually. My goal is to teach coping skills and strategies in an engaging and interactive manner.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe every student is precious and unique, with valuable traits that each serve a purpose. I consider it a privilege to get to know your child(ren) and to help them build on their strengths. I firmly believe that school is not just a place for learning, but also a place where children should feel loved and safe.
