• 1:1 Laptop Agreement Form

    ALL FAMILIES MUST COMPLETE THIS ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT

     

    For this school year, all ACP high school students will receive a laptop as part of the Chandler Unified School District's 1:1 learning initiative, or continue with the laptop they have already checked out from CUSD.

     

    To help parents and students learn more about this initiative, the district created the CUSD 1:1 Student Guide website, which you can find at https://1to1.gse.cusd80.com. We encourage all of you to review this information, parents and students, so you have a clear understanding of device expectations, maintenance, etc.

     

    Devices will be distributed the week of July 24th.
    Before students can get their device, their parent must sign a device agreement form.
