    Welcome!

    My name is Alli Fabrizio (Mrs. Fab) and I am over the moon at the opportunity to be your child’s 2nd grade teacher for this 2023-2024 school year.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I joined the Andersen Elementary family last November in 2nd grade, but prior to that, I spent seven years in education, focused primarily in Special Education at the high school level. Last year was a big career jump, but I loved every aspect of teaching 2nd grade, and I am so excited to continue down that path. 
          I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education and Elementary Education from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I am a Colorado native that moved to Mesa, Arizona with my husband and our two dogs, Veronica and Reagan, in the spring of 2021. We are both huge golfers and love that we get to  play golf year-round and don’t have to ever shovel snow. If we aren’t on the golf course, you might find us playing pickleball or working on house projects.

    My Educational Philosophy

    My educational philosophy is that every child deserves to learn in grow in the environment that is best suited for them. My goal is to create a classroom that is warm, inviting, and leads to exciting learning growth. To achieve utmost student success, it comes from working collaboratively with the staff at Andersen and the families at Andersen. Students learn best when they understand their why of learning and are excited to be at school.
