    Welcome!

    Welcome to Kindergarten! I am so excited to be your child's teacher this school year! Though originally from Wisconsin, I grew up right here in Chandler, and attended Chandler schools through my whole education. I am excited to help foster a love of learning in each student that enters my classroom, and can't wait for us to all learn and grow together!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I grew up right here in Chandler, Arizona, and attended Chandler schools K-12! I graduated from Basha High School in 2016. I attended Chandler-Gilbert Community College to earn my Associates in Elementary Education before transfering to ASU. I am a proud Sun Devil, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State in December 2023 with my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in Structured English Immersion (SEI). I am so excited to be returning to the Chandler Unified School District to begin my career in Education!

    My Educational Philosophy

    I strongly believe children learn through a multitude of experiences, and that each student learns in their own unique way. As an educator, I see my role as a guide in students' learning. I believe in providing students with instruction in a multitude of manners and medias to provide experiences for each student to learn and grow. I seek to create lessons that focus on student centered and small group instruction, providing students with hands on learning experiences.
