• We have wonderful parent volunteers at Hartford Sylvia Encinas!!! They work together to assist our students and staff.  Their efforts provide many educational and family programs, school beautification projects, and hundreds of hours assisting teachers and students.  We are so grateful for our many parent volunteers.
