    Welcome!

    Hello and welcome to Jacobson Kindergarten! I am very excited to begin this year with you and your child. Please, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Mrs. Stacy Thompson, and I am very excited to be a Jet here at Jacobson.

    My Education and Professional Background

    Ottawa University: Bachelor's Degree in 1993. Northern Arizona University is where I received my Master's Degree in 2003 as well as my Reading Endorsement. I have also received my SEI and Early Childhood Endorsements through my many years of teaching. I have recently completed training in Teaching Reading Effectively.

    My Educational Philosophy

    Over the years I have had the wonderful opportunity of teaching many children. I am passionate about creating a safe and nurturing environment where all children feel respected, cared for, loved, and eager to learn. A love of learning is what I want my students to walk out of my classroom with.
