    Welcome to 5th grade! I am excited that you will be a part of our educational journey! Fifth grade is a fantastic year filled with exciting new concepts to learn, fabulous field trips and fun activities to participate in. Click on the links to the left to learn more about our classroom!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with you this year. To briefly tell you a little about myself, I have been teaching since 2001, all within the Chandler Unified School District. I have taught 4th, 5th and 6th grades, I have been here at Santan since the school opened and have loved it here every step of the way. We keep growing and changing and it is great to be a part of such an awesome school. I was born and raised in Arizona and I graduated from Arizona State University. GO DEVILS!!

    My Educational Philosophy

    I am a very family oriented person and my children are very important to me, as I know yours are to you. It is my hope that each and every day I will work with your child, help them to grow and be successful and to treat them as I hope my children will be treated.
