    Welcome to Third! Thank you for visiting our class website. Please use links on the left to navigate our site. I am very excited to be part of the Auxier family. Most importantly I am excited to be your teacher. It is going to be a great year full of new friends, new adventures, and new discoveries.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I attended Arizona State University for both my bachelors and master’s degree. I have been teaching in Chandler Unified School District since 2006. I have taught first, second, third grade.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe each child is unique, loveable and capable of success. My goal for my students is for each of them to reach their fullest potential where they feel safe to take chances and share their ideas. I will differentiate instruction based on my student’s needs and abilities which will allow them grow as learners. I will create a fun, safe and caring learning environment where my students will become lifelong learners.
