    Welcome!

    Welcome! My name is Andrea Meyer. I love teaching here at Sanborn Elementary. I am thrilled to have you visit our website and learn more about our school community. My goal as a teacher is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

    My Education and Professional Background

    As a product of CUSD Schools, I received my education from Jacobson Elementary, Basha Elementary, and SanTan Junior High, and graduated from Hamilton High School (GO HUSKIES!). I received my Bachelor’s Degree from NAU with the goal of continuing my education. I am excited to welcome all our new students to our Sanborn Family. 

    My Educational Philosophy

    My goal as a teacher is to help shape my students to become successful members of our community; to show them and guide them to become lifelong learners by motivating and encouraging them to act upon their strengths and learn from their weaknesses. I will advocate for my student to ask questions, take chances, and celebrate successes.
