About
Roessler...
Welcome Payne Panthers! I am filled with enthusiasm as we enter the new school year. We have a lot of exciting things happening this year so be sure to check this site daily. If you are absent please refer to the classroom calendar to see what you missed. Also, be sure to check the back bin when you return to school. I'm looking forward to an exciting year with all of you!
My Education and Professional Background
I completed my undergraduate studies at Arizona State University where I received my Bachelor's of Arts degree in Secondary Education English. From there, I went onto complete my graduate studies at Grand Canyon State University where I obtained my Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an Emphasis in Reading. During the 2013-2014 school year, I began teaching at Payne Junior High and couldn't imagine teaching elsewhere.
My Educational Philosophy
Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world. -Nelson Mandela
