    Welcome!

    Welcome to Super Second Grade! I am proud to be a member of the Tarwater family! I have a wonderful husband Jeff and two incredible daughters Brittany and Courtney. In my spare time, I enjoy walking, baking, playing pickleball, watching HGTV and football games with my family. Family time has always been a priority and of course cheering the U of A Wildcats on to VICTORY! BEAR DOWN!

    My Education and Professional Background

    This will be my 10th year teaching 2nd grade at Tarwater Elementary! I have been in the Chandler District for 13 years, working as a para-educator and substitute teacher before returning to teaching full time. I have enjoyed being a part of the CUSD family, not only as an educator, but also as a parent.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I am strong believer of our Toro Targets: Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Courage, and Compassion. I believe that education goes beyond academics. Through our Toro Targets, we build a strong community of leaders that are ready to soar as super second graders and beyond!
