    My Education and Professional Background

    I am a native Arizonan! I had the pleasure of attending our local universities during my educational career. I received my Bachelors degree from Arizona State University with a double major in Education and Spanish. I then went on to complete my Masters degree through Northern Arizona University in Educational Leadership. I am a proud National Board Certified Teacher. I have been teaching since 2001, and have loved every minute of it!

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe that every child is a unique individual with many strengths. I will help each of my students find their strengths and help them build upon them, so they can achieve great levels of achievement. I will work diligently to provide a safe learning environment for my students where mistakes are celebrated and are used to help us learn. I will teach my students that we CAN do hard things.
