About
Idleman...
Welcome to Biology! Biology is the study of life; its structure & function and how living organisms interact within their environment. Biology plays a vital role in your daily life and in the complex workings of the world that we live in. The study of biology will help you learn how to think, how to apply information and how to solve problems through scientific reasoning. No matter what career aspiration you have, these skills will be vital to your success.
My Education and Professional Background
I attended the University of Colorado in Boulder, the University of Phoenix and Montana State University earning a bachelor’s degree and two master’s degrees. I decided to teach later in life and strive to bring my previous professional experience into the classroom.
My Educational Philosophy
Every student can learn if given the desire to do so. My focus is in getting students excited about learning through first hand experience based lessons that are hands on and engaging.
