    My name is Sara Jenkins. I love teaching at Hull and am looking forward to working with all of you!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I have been teaching since 2000. I graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and received my master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas. I love working with children and watching them discover, learn, and play. Teaching gives me the opportunity to continue to do all of these things as well!

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe that each child is a unique individual. It is my desire to help students meet their fullest potential by providing an environment that is safe, supports risk-taking, and invites a sharing of ideas. You will see some amazing changes in your child over the course of the year. Your child will grow into a reader, a writer, and a problem solver. Students will have many opportunities to explore new ideas and to challenge themselves. Plus, we’ll have lots of fun along the way!
