• Hearing and Vision
     
    Hearing
    Each year, preschool and kindergarten students with IEPs and newcomers to the Chandler Unified School District will have their hearing and vision screened. Students in first, third, fifth, seventh, and ninth grade will only have their hearing screened.
     
    Below is the scheduled screening date for your child's school. 
     
    Parents: You may opt out if you do not want your child to receive a hearing and vision screening.  Click Here to access the opt-out form. Please email the form to the District's Audiologist, Lisa Biltimier ( biltimier.lisa@cusd80.com ).
