• Our Office 365 resource page has some great links to help you get started with Office 365, but the CUSD Instructional Technology department has compiled some guides that may help with common problems.

When I log on to Office 365, I only see Outlook and can't access any other apps.

You may be using the "light" version of Outlook, which does not allow access to the full suite of Office 365 apps. This may be because you're using an outdated web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.), or your settings might be incorrect. Please try:

    • using this guide to verify that your settings are correct
    • updating your web browser (if this problem is occurring on a district computer, you will need to submit a CSR)

I don't seem to have all of the apps that other teachers have.

Unless there are special circumstances involved, all teachers should have the same basic set of apps, including:

    • Mail
    • Calendar
    • People
    • Tasks
    • Word
    • Excel
    • PowerPoint
    • OneDrive
    • OneNote
    • Class Notebook
    • Staff Notebook
    • Forms
    • Sway
    • Planner

If any of those apps are missing when you click on the app launcher or app grid, please use this guide to add specific apps to your app launcher. If you don't see the app you're looking for when you click on the View all my apps option, please submit a CSR.
