If you are already a CUSD Approved Vendor (currently offering instruction or activities through Club CUSD), please click here to email your flyer to the program coordinator for Club CUSD.
IMPORTANT: Flyer PDFs must NOT be scanned paper. Instead, please save your document electronically as a PDF (so it can be ADA-compliant). For your convenience, here are instructions for how to create a PDF from Microsoft Office programs.
If you would like to be eligible to become an approved vendor to offer activities or instruction for our students through Club CUSD, you will need to go through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Note that qualified vendors must meet all requirements of the RFP. To be considered (and for more information), please click here to complete the Prospective Vendor Application Register on the AZPurchasing.org website.
