    The Maricopa County WIC program is a partner in the Chandler CARE Center, providing in-person and virtual appointments for eligible families.

    What does WIC provide?

    • Personalized nutrition tips and support for parents and caregivers
    • Breastfeeding information, support, and resources
    • Healthy foods
    • Referrals to other community resources

    Who is WIC for?

    • Those who are pregnant
    • Those whose pregnancy ended within the last 6 months
    • Those who are breastfeeding
    • Primary caregivers of infants and children under age 5

    WIC appointments are available by phone or video Monday-Friday.

    WIC is on-site at the Chandler CARE Center on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.

    Note: WIC is a partner program within the Chandler CARE Center. The Chandler CARE Center is not a WIC office, and CARE Center staff cannot provide WIC services. The Center provides space for WIC to offer services on-site to help increase access for families. Please contact WIC directly with questions at 602-506-9333.
