Warehouse Catalog and ReturnsCUSD CatalogWelcome to the Chandler Unified School District Catalog. The catalog has been designed to streamline our process of placing start-up orders and regular orders. If you have questions regarding the submission of orders, please refer to the Step-by-Step Guide.In the event that an order needs to be rushed, please follow the designated Workflow Approvers and Titles link below and ensure that the request is promptly routed through the appropriate approvals.CUSD warehouse is allowed to sell stock to CUSD staff, PTO's and Booster Clubs that are affiliated with CUSD. Startup Orders
Start-up orders are to be submitted by April 5th, and follow the instructions below:
When entering startup orders, please remember the following:
- Separate Orders for Large Quantities of White Copy Paper:
- Submit large quantities of white copy paper on separate orders to streamline the process.
- Instructions for Entering Startup Orders:
- For each order, specify:
- Project: Warehouse-Start UP
- Requisition Notes:
- Fiscal Year of the startup
- Teacher Name: Enter the last name of the teacher placing the order.
- Teacher Room Number: Provide the room number.
- For each order, specify:
- Delivery Appointment Setup:
- Upon submitting orders, call David Terrace at x.7226 to arrange delivery appointments.
- Surplus and Staff Transfer During Startup Deliveries:
- All surplus items and staff transfers will be completed during the startup deliveries.
- Make sure a work order has been submitted for surplus or transfers.

Warehouse Returns
Items purchased from the CUSD warehouse can be returned during the fiscal year the item was purchased. To return an item, use the forms or information below.

Warehouse Requisition Correction Form
All shortages are to be reported within 5 working days of delivery. Returns must be in original packaging.

Request for new Stock Item
This form is to submit a request for the warehouse to stock a new item.

Inferior Stock Report
This form is to report a warehouse stocked item that has inferior quality. Reporting an inferior stock item IS NOT A COMPLAINT, this is information that is used to know if specific brand of an item is performing up to acceptable standards. Without this information we can not provide you with the quality tools for you to perform your job to the highest standards. Please always fill this form out with as much detail as possible.
