    Welcome!

    Welcome to fourth grade! I am so excited to be teaching your child this year! I am looking forward to a fabulous year full of collaborating, exploring, and acquiring new knowledge. I enjoy traveling with friends and family.  I love animals and have had various animals over the years.  I currently have a cat and a sulcata tortoise.  

    My Education and Professional Background

    I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Education from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona in 2002. I have two endorsements, SEI (Structured English Immersion) and Early Childhood Education. I am a Spalding Certified Teacher. I love learning new things and being an educator! I am currently the 4th grade English side of our DLI program. 

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe that each child is a unique individual who brings something special to the learning environment. I will foster an encouraging, supportive, and respectful classroom. As a team, we will work together to promote success in all of our endeavors and learn and grow together.
