    Welcome!

    Welcome to 4th grade. I am very excited to be your child's teacher. I know that together we can create life long learners that will be positive contributors to our society. Bienvenidos a nuestra escuela.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I am a proud graduate of Arizona State University where I received my Bachelors in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Bilingual Education in 2001. In 2003, I earned my masters in Curriculum Instruction from Arizona State University. As you can tell, I am a HUGE ASU fan!!! In 2017, I earned my Master of Education in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University. Before coming to the Chandler School District in 2002 I taught 5 years in the Creighton School District. I have taught 3rd, 4th and 5th grade. I am also a proud member of our Chandler Education Association (CEA).Currently, I am teaching 4th grade in our Spanish DLI program. 

    My Educational Philosophy

    Why I Teach: Teaching is an opportunity to create lifelong learners and problem solvers. I want my students to have a safe and fun learning environment to look forward to every day. I am a passionate, dedicated teacher who believes each child has something special to offer the world!
