Online Summer Registration & Enrollment Information - Registration will open at the end of January 2025
Welcome to the 2025 Chandler Online Summer Academy registration page!
Summer school recommendations for session 1 must be entered by 4:00 PM May 16th and for session 2 by May 23rd. There will be no exception to these dates. All payments for session 1 must be paid by noon on Friday, May 23rd and by noon on Friday, June 13th for session 2 no exceptions.
Students can choose to take an online class in Summer Session 1 or 2, and they can take up to two classes in each session. The cost of each 0.5 credit online summer class is $180 pending board approval. Choose the Online Summer School Course Offering link on the left to see the online courses offered this summer. Students enrolled in COA online summer school courses must be prepared to submit assignments according to due dates and complete the in-person final exam on the designated dates. Students should plan to spend a minimum of 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, working on the online course work for each 0.5 credit class with COA summer school.
Summer School Enrollment/Recommendation Process - Current CUSD Students
CUSD students first meet or email their 2025-2026 guidance counselor for academic counseling and potential recommendation for one or more online summer school classes. If it is determined online summer school is a good option for the student, the counselor will initiate enrollment in Chandler Online Academy online summer classes by adding the appropriate class(s) in Infinite Campus for online summer school referral. Once a student has been referred for online summer school, the parent and student will receive an automated email from Infinite Campus with instructions to pay for the class(es) through the Parent Portal in Infinite Campus.
New to CUSD for 2025-26 School Year
Students that will be new to a CUSD school for the 2025-26 school year will need to enroll at their new school prior to meeting with their counselor to be recommended for an online summer school course.
Out-of-District Students
Summer school registration has closed.
Non-CUSD students not interested in attending a CUSD school in 2025-26, but interested in taking online summer school with Chandler Online Academy must complete the enrollment form within 2 business days of submitting the enrollment form. You will receive an email prompting you to make an account and pay for the online summer class/es.

Refund/Withdrawal Policy
Students who do not login to their e-classroom and begin completing work on the 1st day of class (Session 1 = May 27 or Session 2 = June 16) will be at risk of being withdrawn.
Refunds: There are no refunds for Chandler Online Summer Academy classes after the first day of each session. Guardians must email Chandler Online Summer staff assigned (list below) by the student's last name to request a refund. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from the refund when it is credited back to your original form of payment.
Withdrawals: Requests for course withdrawal can be made by emailing Chandler Online Summer staff below based on last name. Grades will be placed on the transcript according to the following chart:
