    My Education and Professional Background

    Hi! I am Mrs. Ortega and I have been teaching for the Chandler Unified School District since 1999. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University. I also have a Master's Degree from Northern Arizona University in Curriculum and Instruction. I have endorsements in Bilingual Education, Early Childhood Education, and Reading Literacy.

    My Educational Philosophy

    As a teacher, I enjoy making my classroom a warm and safe environment for my students. I have high expectations and I am committed to do what it takes to provide skills and techniques to create a positive foundation for learning.
