    Welcome to 4th grade! My name is Mrs. Gross. I am so excited to meet you and can't wait for the school year to start.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I have been an elementary teacher and school counselor for 11 years.  I have a bachelor's degree in elementary education, a master's degree in curriculum and instruction, and a master's degree in counseling. After taking a "break" to raise my two children, I am back to teaching.  This will be my first year at Conley Elementary School and I am excited about getting started!

    My Educational Philosophy

    It is my goal to create a safe learning environment that fosters positivity, collaboration, self confidence, and respect. I believe all students have great potential. It is my job to help them live up to their potential by encouraging them and supporting them along their journey. I am dedicated to building relationships with my students that will help them to become their best selves in order to succeed not only in the classroom, but in all aspects of their lives.
