    Welcome!

    Hello! My name is Alyssa Toth (Miss T. or Miss Toth) and I am a fourth-grade teacher. I partner with Mrs. Gross who teaches ELA and writing while I teach math and social science. I absolutely love teaching and am excited to be a part of your child's educational experience.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I graduated from ASU in the Spring of 2023 with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education. I finished my last year as a student, teaching fourth grade right here at Conley Elementary for my student teaching experience! I loved it so much that I decided this is exactly where I want to continue teaching! 

    My Educational Philosophy

    My educational philosophy is that learning is a practice that can only be mastered with an open mind. I believe that as an educator it is not only my job to teach specific content and standards, but my responsibility to help my students to master the skill of learning. They can only master this skill of learning by having an open mind and accepting change and adapting to new problems and challenges they encounter. True learning happens not when a student gets a 100% on a test, but when a student is able to adapt, and problem solve. These problem-solving skills are adopted into my classroom and instruction as they are imperative to a successful future.
