    My Education and Professional Background

    I graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education.  I earned two Master's Degrees. One from the University of Southern Mississippi (Ed. Leadership) and one from National-Louis University (Curriculum & Instruction).  In 2012, I earned my Doctorate Degree from National-Louis University in Educational Leadership.  I started my teaching career in 1999 in Illinois.  I began my career as a PE and Driver Education Teacher and transitioned to administration. I have served as a Substitute Teacher, Teacher, Dean of Students, Assistant Principal and Athletic Director.  I began teaching in the Chandler School District in 2015.  

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe building strong, authentic relationships is crucial to a successful education. There is a proven connection between positive relationships and student achievement.
