    Welcome to Mrs. Miller's third grade class! I look forward to working with each of you to make this a fantastic year for your child. It will be a year full of learning and growth. We are going to have a 'Mighty Star' year!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I began teaching at Andersen Elementary in 2012. Prior to teaching, I worked for 11 years in the Mesa School District in Reading Intervention.

    My Educational Philosophy

    Teaching takes many forms, but the sharing of knowledge is endless. My motivation and love for teaching guides me in providing children with a positive and motivating learning environment. I want all students to have success and a sense of pride in their accomplishments.
