All employees should restart (not shut down) their computer
before they leave for the weekend on June 1 or June 2.

This change will take place on Friday, June 2. To prepare, be sure you take the following steps by noon on June 2 if they apply to you (depending on your usage, you may not need to complete all steps).

If you use OneDrive, be sure to:

• Make a note of any shared links you have created in OneDrive
• Disconnect OneDrive Sync from your CUSD account (at home and/or work)

If you have installed your free copy of Office 2016 at home, be sure to:

• Log out of Microsoft Office software and apps at home

If you have any files saved on the hard drive (not the H drive) of your CUSD computer, be sure to:

• Back up any files stored on the hard drive of your CUSD computer
