Back Up Any Files Stored on the Hard Drive of your CUSD Computer
This procedure is only necessary for users who have files saved on their hard drive at work (My Documents, Downloads, etc.). If you only save files to your H drive or OneDrive at work, you do not need to perform these steps.
The first time you log in to your CUSD computer with your new username, a new user profile will be created and your old user profile will be wiped out. If you have saved any files in the My Documents, Downloads, Pictures, etc., sections of your hard drive (not in your H drive), these files will be permanently erased during this process. If any of these files need to be saved, you should copy them to your H drive or to a flash drive, or upload them to OneDrive.
