• Logging In

After June 2, you will no longer use your IFAS number to log in to several CUSD systems. Instead, you will use either the username portion of your CUSD e-mail address or the entire CUSD e-mail address (with the same password as before). For example, teacher Jay Smith with an e-mail address of Smith.Jay@cusd80.com would log in to the following systems as follows:

    Username of
    Smith.Jay
    Username of
    Smith.Jay@cusd80.com

    District computer/laptop

    Blackboard (Schoolwires)

    Business Plus

    Destiny

    Employee Online

    Infinite Campus

    Renaissance Learning

    SchoolCity

    WorkForce

    Microsoft Office 2016 (software)

    Microsoft Office 365 (online)

For all of the systems listed above, your password will be the same one you use to log on to the computer (and these passwords will change automatically as you change your computer login password). For systems not listed above, you will continue to log in the same way as you did before. For more information, please see our CUSD Systems Login Reference Sheet.

If you use Office apps on your smartphone, or had set up your smartphone to check your CUSD e-mail, you will need to log into your CUSD account using your new username. It is recommended that you use the official Outlook app to use CUSD e-mail on your smartphone. If you prefer to use a different app to check your CUSD e-mail on your smartphone, the following links may be helpful for Android users and iOS users.
