We expect that it will take 24-48 hours for this change to “trickle down” through our various systems. Since we are making this change after work on a Friday, we expect that the change will be fully implemented by the time district employees report to work on Monday, June 5.

If you need to access any CUSD systems between Friday, June 2, and Monday, June 5, you may experience difficulties as this change makes its way through our system.

After this change takes place, there will be some steps you will need to take to make sure your Microsoft products are as functional as they were before.

• Logging in with your new username
• Clear recent documents
• Manage OneNote notebooks
• Recreate public OneDrive links
• Set up Outlook 2016 on your CUSD computer
• Set up Office 2016 at home
