    Hello, my name is Mikaela Manuel! I am very excited to be teaching first grade!

    My Education and Professional Background

    I received my Bachelor's in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Structured English Immersion from Arizona State University in 2021. Soon after, I became a site-based substitute within the Chandler school district, teaching all grades between Pre-K to 6th until I finally found my home as a Bologna Scorpion.

    My Educational Philosophy

    As an educator, I believe that both the teacher and their students play a part in order to academically succeed.
