    My Education and Professional Background

    I began my career in 2003 at Knox Elementary, teaching Kinder and 1st grade.  In 2013, I transferred to Bologna Elementary as a reading specialist.  I hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

    My Educational Philosophy

    Students learn best when they are actively engaged in their own learning. My goal is to empower students to be independent thinkers and develop self-confidence to be active members in society.
