Welcome to CTA Humphrey! I am excited to be a member of the Special Education Resource Team. In my classroom I strive to provide an environment where each individual is allowed to be themselves and become life-long learners. Although the class will be challenging, we will work and persevere together as we grow academically and socially throughout the year.
My Education and Professional Background
I am originally from Toronto, Canada, but have lived in Arizona since 1997. I received my Honors Bachelors degree in Political Science and English at York University and received my teacher certification in Special Education in 2008. I have taught at CTA Humphrey since 2008, as a member of the Special Education team and truly enjoy working with such a wonderful group of educators.
My Educational Philosophy
At CTA Humphrey, we prepare all students with the academic and social skills necessary to pursue any dream.
