    Welcome!

    I am so thrilled to be your child's teacher this year! My passion has always been teaching! This is my 25th year teaching. I love spending time with my two sons, Brock and Logan.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I have worked in the Chandler School District at Humphrey for the past 22 years. I love my Humphrey family! Go Marshalls! I am excited to be teaching second grade. I have taught first, second, and third grade. I have also been the Reading/Language interventionist and English Language Teacher. I am a Native to Arizona. I earned my Bachelors and Masters in Early Childhood Development through Northern Arizona University. I have my Reading, ESL, and Early Childhood endorsements.

    My Educational Philosophy


    I love teaching! I get such joy from seeing the amazing academic and personal growth that is possible. Children will rise to the expectations set by their teacher and parents. I believe parents and teachers are partners in the child's education, and value parental involvement both at home and in the classroom. At CTA-Humphrey, we are preparing all students with the academic and social skills necessary to pursue any dream.
