    Welcome to Carlson, home of the Champions! I would like to take a moment to welcome our new families and welcome back our returning Champions. Carlson is an exceptional community school where students can learn, take risks, make new friends, and have fun. We have a comprehensive campus with many educational programs to personalize your child's learning.

    My Education and Professional Background

    Prior to joining Carlson, I was Dean of Students at CTA Goodman, an instructional coach, and an elementary classroom teacher in both primary and intermediate grades. I earned my bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Arizona State University and hold a master's degree in educational leadership.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe in channeling into our students' individual strengths and differences to help them reach their full potential academically and socially emotionally. I am passionate about building positive relationships with students and families, and I look forward to continuing those connections in my new role as Principal. It is my pleasure to serve our Carlson community. I look forward to an eventful year filled with joy, laughter and lots of learning!
