My Education and Professional Background
I attended Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois. I graduated with a BAE in Special Education. I started teaching at Carlson in 2014. I have taught grades K-12th, and I have taught children who have had a vast range of different emotional, physical, and cognitive disabilities.
My Educational Philosophy
I believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating environment in which they can grow emotionally, intellectually , physically, and socially. It is my goal as an educator to to help students meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe, supportive, and invites a sharing of ideas.
