    Hello and welcome to 5th Grade! I am excited to be your teacher this year. We will learn, grow, and make fun memories together.

    My Education and Professional Background

    Education is our future. I am happy to be a part of it. I have taught students from pre-school through 6th grade. There is no "dream" grade or age, for me. I genuinely love learning and  teaching. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Studies K-8. I also earned my Masters Degree in Humanities with an emphasis on classical education.

    My Educational Philosophy

    My educational philosophy aligns with Plutarch, "Not only should the education of our children be treated as of the very importance, but I once more urge that we insist upon it being of the sound and genuine kind."
    I believe education is a life-long journey. My goal is to create an environment where students feel safe, content, challenged, and inspired.
