    Welcome to Kindergarten! This is a year of firsts and new adventures for you and your child. We are a team, and together, we will explore and learn many new things.

    My Education and Professional Background

    I earned my Masters in Early Childhood Education from ASU in 2014. I earned my Bachelor's Degree, also from ASU, in Music Therapy a few years prior, where I worked with children with varied abilities in a clinic setting to reach non-musical goals (such as improving social skills and verbal skills, etc.) I found that I loved working with my young clients so much that I decided to further my education and become a kindergarten teacher.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe that no two children are alike, including personalities, abilities, needs, as well as their best mode of learning. It is important to experience each form of learning (using physical methods, aural skills, etc.) because the more avenues their learning takes, the higher their chances of success.
