    Hello and Welcome to 6th grade!

    I am excited to begin the 2023-2024 school year at Ryan Elementary. Teaching your child is a tremendous responsibility and I will do my best to ensure that each student has a safe and motivating learning experience in this year.

    My Education and Professional Background

    My educational background is in healthcare science. I have an undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration from University of Phoenix and a Master's in Public Health from Grand Canyon University. I have been in education for over 5 years and this will be my first year at Ryan.  

    My Educational Philosophy

    In the classroom, my goal is to meet the required state standards, while also trying to make our lessons as engaging as possible for my students. I strive to build an interactive learning environment that encourages student to use their creativity as they learn new concepts. My hope is that they will enjoy being in my classroom and learn to appreciate being held to a higher standard as I encourage them to unlock their true potential.
