    Welcome!

    Welcome to first grade! My name is Tammie Angeli and I feel so privileged to be teaching at Haley Elementary. I moved to Arizona in 2016 from New Mexico along with my wonderful husband and two children. I began teaching at Haley Elementary in 2017 and have truly enjoyed being here. I have always loved working with children and feel that it is my “calling” in life. I look forward to continuing my journey here at Haley Elementary with your little “firsties.”

    My Education and Professional Background

    I graduated in 2011 with a degree in Early Childhood Multicultural Education from the University of New Mexico along with an ESL endorsement.

    My Educational Philosophy

    I believe that every child is gifted and I want to encourage and guide all students to dig deeper into what they can do and who they are. In my class, we are a community of learners who will take chances, make mistakes, celebrate accomplishments and learn as much as we possibly can through respect and support. I am thrilled to work with your family to make this a wonderful experience for your first grader!
