2024-25 Open Enrollment Capacity

Open Enrollment enables Arizona students to attend public schools outside their attendance area. In accordance with state law, the District has established an open enrollment policy and implemented an open enrollment program without charging tuition for non-resident students and resident transfer students. Open Enrollment applications may be submitted online (elementary) or via email or in-person at our junior high and high schools.

Per district policy 5-105 and 5-105A and ARS 15-816, acceptance of a student's Open Enrollment will be based on site capacity, the students' prior discipline, grades and/or attendance. Please note that the district does not transport open enrollment students.

Open Enrollment capacity data is updated every 12 weeks per legislative requirements.  Capacity may change prior to data being updated.

Our 2024-2025 enrollment capacity charts will be made available after the start of the school year in July. We anticipate posting the updated school capacities following our 10-Day enrollment count, effective July 31, 2024.
